Heavy Rigid (HR) Class Licence allows you to drive

  •     Any rigid vehicle with three or more axles and a GVM of more than 8 tonnes.

  •     Any towed trailer must not weigh more than 9 tonnes GVM.

  •     Also includes articulated buses and vehicles in Class MR.

Learners with a minimum of 50 hours on their log book are welcome to attend this course, however please note that this course does not provide additional hours towards their logbook, please refer to the NSW Safer Driver Course for the additional 20 hours of logbook time.

 Ellis Driving School provides training to  any drivers who are wanting to obtain their Bus licence and become a qualified driver for any public buses or coaches and/or any public relevant public passenger vehicle. There is no practical component to the course.
