Heavy Rigid (HR) Class Licence allows you to drive

Any rigid vehicle with three or more axles and a GVM of more than 8 tonnes.

Any towed trailer must not weigh more than 9 tonnes GVM.

The HR and Track licences are required for driving a vehicle weighing more than 8 tonnes GVM and having three axels. Furthermore, the towed trailer should not weigh more than nine tonnes GVM. Handling this massive vehicle requires individual practise, which you can get from our expert driving instructors.

 

Get In Back Of The Wheel

You learn more behind the wheel than you do in front of a whiteboard. We'll assist you in putting techniques into practise by providing hands-on training and exercises in your own vehicle. 

You will learn more about your vehicle, essential maintenance, and safety features as well as improve your driving skills. We'll show you how to save money on vehicle maintenance by minimising road wear and tear.

Learners with a minimum of 50 hours on their log book are welcome to attend this course; however, please keep in mind that this course does not provide additional logbook hours; instead, please refer to the NSW Safer Driver Course for the additional 20 hours.
